ST. MARK'S CHURCH, FRANKFORD

The St. Mark’s Church, Frankford vision is a Spirit-led movement where people actively dismantle barriers, embody Christ’s love, and co-create God’s kingdom on earth—a beloved community rooted in sacred belonging, as foretold in Ephesians 2:19–22 and lived out through the justice, mercy, and unity of Micah 6:8 and Luke 17:21.

 

The St. Mark’s Church, Frankford mission is to co-create beloved community, rooted in the Apostle Paul’s vision of unity and reconciliation as expressed in Ephesians 2:15, 19–22 where we seek and see Jesus in all persons, where everyone is welcomed, valued, and interconnected. Inspired by Paul’s proclamation that Christ has broken down dividing walls and formed a new humanity—built together into a dwelling place for God—we seek to embody a community grounded in love, compassion, and radical hospitality.

We believe that beloved community is not merely an secular aspiration but a sacred calling. It is a re-consecration of our lives to a higher form of being—a way of living that honors the Divine image in all through loving God and in loving our neighbor. Together, we nurture spaces of deep belonging, where hope and mercy meet, and where the walls that divide us are transformed into bridges of boundless grace.
